In an effort to spend more patient focused time with you, we have a fee for service practice model. We do not bill your insurance. If requested, we are happy to provide you with a superbill and you can submit this to your insurance company at your out of network benefit rate. For more information on superbills, check out our FAQ page. We have an exception for those who have Medicare.
